Sean's story begins in Gilbert, Arizona, where he watched his parents' marriage fall apart at just 5 years old. By eighteen, he'd become a full-time gamer, drowning in 10-hour gaming marathons, chasing a professional esports dream that was really just an escape.
He graduated high school in 2020, right as the world was shutting down. Reality hit hard. Sean was working warehouse shifts for $11 an hour, burning through paychecks to buy weed and alcohol, with no future in sight. One Tuesday morning, broke and desperate, he made a decision that would change everything.
At nineteen, Sean discovered Andy Elliott on YouTube. Something clicked. He co-signed a credit card with his mom and maxed it out for $1,000 to attend Andy's seminar. That gamble paid off. Within two years, he'd made his first six figures selling cars by mastering the art of persuasion.
In March 2022, The Elliott Group hired him as an executive assistant. By 2023, he became Andy and Jacqueline's personal videographer. He got to travel the world on yachts and private jets, filming content and living a lifestyle most people only dream about.
But somewhere between the jets and the luxury, Sean realized something was missing. The flashy lifestyle wasn't his calling, sales and transforming lives was.
Now, at 24, he's a top coach at The Elliott Group, specializing in peak performance, sales training, and one-on-one consultation for entrepreneurs and business owners. He's spent four years mastering the science of persuasion and human potential, driven by his faith, his family, and the memory of the broke kid in the warehouse who refused to stay down.
